Taylor Swift “Red” Lyric Inspired Makeup Tutorial (Plus, September Favorites!)

So, to close out what has been a pretty hectic week over here at Beausic HQ, I wanted to share an original look and a bit of a Throwback to some of my older posts… Do you guys remember my old “Chart-Topping Hits, Show-Stopping Looks” posts?! While I still hate that name, I still really loved the concept of those posts. Well, as it turns out, somebody else did, too, and requested a new one! The request came from Rhettrophilia on Instagram, who I highly recommend checking out – her account is full of really cool images from Old Hollywood and vintage lifestyles! She also happens to be a huge Taylor Swift fan, as you all surely know I am, as well! She asked to see a look inspired by the lyrics to one of Taylor Swift’s strongest tracks, in my personal opinion, “Red.” I actually did a look inspired by “Red” in one of my “Chart-Topping Hits, Show-Stopping Looks” posts but never did a tutorial for it. So, the plan initially was to simply film a tutorial for the look I did before. As I went back and reviewed that look, though, I kind of came up with some other ideas and decided to do something new with it instead! Check out what I came up with below!

In addition to that, I also happened to post my September Favorites yesterday but didn’t make a separate blog post for it, so I figured I’d go ahead and tack that on here! If you saw my haul a couple of weeks ago, a lot of these products were featured in it, so there’s a little more in-depth talk about them here! Check it out below!

So, there you have it! I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I also hope you guys will be keeping an eye out this weekend for this week’s #ProjectPalette post, as well as perhaps an update on my first day of orientation/training at Sephora, which is on Saturday! I’m very excited about all of this and hope you guys are excited to hear about it, too! In the meantime, though, I wish you all a beautiful Friday, a beautiful weekend and a beautiful life!
